FAQ’s

What is Jolly Tots and what makes it different?
Activity classes for children within aged care homes. Enabling 3 generations to come together for special and valued experiences.

Should I worry about illness within Care Homes?
Both the elderly and the young are vulnerable to illness, therefore extra care and precautions are put in place to prevent illness spreading. If a care home resident is ill they do not mix with other residents or visitors (and little Jolly Tots). If your child is ill, please don’t bring them to a Jolly Tots. If you have purchased your child’s place please let us know and we can amend the date for when your child is well again.

How do I book my block of classes?
In order to book your remaining 4 classes, please select your class, select number of child/sibling places and select class date. Next input your unique code sent to you by Jolly Tots, this code will remove the cost. You do not need to input all the information you previously completed, but please include your name. If you have any troubles please get in touch.
